Cranky & Overwhelmed?

Being a successful business woman, a SAHM of 4 kids and a superstar wife is NOT easy!!

Cranky, tired, failure days are gonna happen momma, buckle up!.

Here is what I have learned and yes, this may seem a tad oversimplified or “sure she can but that’s not viable for everyone”….but hey, its my life and here is how I have found success living it.

I did not start this way, it took a lot of hard work and butt busting to figure it out!!

You need to know one thing and one thing only….. HIRE THAT CRAP OUT!!!

Yep, I said crap and hire it all done…..  Hire most of your every-day stuff.. ie- cleaning, laundry, mowing the lawn, etc…  But..But…I am a mom and this is part of my “duty” as a SAHM??

Right, and so was changing poopy diapers but don’t try to tell me you would not let just about anyone on earth do it for you if they had offered!

So, HIRE IT OUT.

Why?  Simple:  No one will run your business like you.

Seriously, think about that. Those other things however, they can be done by just about anyone.  So get them done for you.

For a woman, hiring these tasks out will lighten your load and help to ease your stress level.

Be mindful, each task for your business is equally important.

Comparing back and forth on who is doing less/more in your home  is not only going to tear your business down but your marriage as well.

Look for ways to lift each other up and edify each others strengths. As my hubby  says… be one team one mission in your house.

Know when you need to back away and just take the day off and be a family or go on a date night.

This is the order in which I run my life.

• Marriage
• Family
• Business

Yep, cranky and overwhelmed is going to happen, but as long as I have my priorities set, it will all balance out.

Hire out the menial tasks you don’t like, you will be glad you did!  🙂
